Problems In Posting

I'm wondering what's wrong with Blogger this few months. I'm having difficulty in posting as the normal layout of the New Post is different with just Text and there is no Insert Image, etc icons. Both Firefox and IE browsers are the same and even after I've clear my cache. This is bad...
